Company Description

The company HP konzult spol. s.r.o. (HP Konzult inc) is registered at the Registration Court in Prague in the Companies Register section C, insert 21055. It was registered on June 9th, 1993 and is headquartered in Benešov, Tyršova 2076, area-code: 256 01.

From the beginning of its existence, it offers accounting services, including payroll administration, economic and organizational consulting. Since 1994, it also offers tax consultant services.

On 29th of May 2006, the firm obtained its Quality Management System Certificate under regulation ISO 9001:2000 number 26/06 valid from 29th of May 2009. The cercifiate was issued by Bankovní institut vysoká škola, a.s., Ovenecká 9, 170 00 Praha 7

The company also cooperates on continuous bases with an independent auditor Ing. Věra Kadochová, KAČR certificate number 1642 (Chamber of auditors of Czech Rep.), JUDr. Petr Fiala, KAČR certificate number 2718, and a court interpreter and translator Mgr. Petr Říha.

With the goal to provide guaranteed services, the company has two separate insurance contracts with the insurance company Kooperativa a.s. for accounting services and tax consulting. The company is insured for the amount of 5 million CZK for each such activity.

To ensure the security of its clients’ data, the company acquired a contract with the metropolitan police of Benešov, due to which the company’s security system is directly connected to the operating panel of the police of Benešov.

The company’s main office and its headquarters are in Benešov, Tyršova 2076, it also offers its services in the Prague office in Limuzská čp. 8, Prague 10.
